WOMEN4WOMEN

We are a group of women track coaches in Wisconsin looking to develop an ongoing Women for Women network through WISTCA to strengthen female coaches and their connections.

Our Objective:

Empowering female coaches and in turn female student-athletes to live their best life by specifically developing self-worth, identity, respect, body-image satisfaction, community, independence and leadership.

Thursday night pre-conference sessions women4women!

Educate. Raise Awareness. Stimulate Action.

All attendees are welcome to attend the women4women sessions! Those that are not part of the WISTCA clinic are also welcome to attend, but please register so we can plan accordingly!

Thursday Night women4women Tentative Schedule:

  • 5:00 PM: Registration
  • 6:00 PM: Educate, Raise Awareness & Stimulate Action [Dr. Nicole LaVoi, Keynote Speaker]
  • 7:15 PM: Perception: How perception of ourselves/our ability affects how we think, act and coach [Dr. Amber Selking, University of Notre Dame]
  • 8:15 PM: Motivation: Developing Competence & Confidence
  • 9:00 PM: Social (all are welcome!)
