Mark Hoffman has been the Head Boys Track and Field Coach, assistant Football Coach and mathematics teacher at South Milwaukee High School since 1990. His teams have won a total of 13 conference championships and he has been fortunate to coach four individual state champions.
Mark has served WISTCA in several capacities. He was a District VII Rep (1996-2000), President-Elect (2000-2002), and President (2002-2004). He currently serves as Clinic Co-Chair (2001-present) and Treasurer (2010-present). Mark has also served as the Executive Chair of the National Senate of High School Track Coaches Associations and is currently the Secretary/Treasurer of that association.
Mark is the father of four children (Ben, Jenny, Molly, Christopher). Being a math teacher and a track coach, Mark uses the following formula to calculate how many years he has been happily married to his very understanding wife, Diane: Years of wedded bliss = Number of WISTCA Clinics - 2. Mike Price is the Fundraising Coordinator for WISTCA and serves as the Area Director for Southwest and South Central Wisconsin for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes . Mike began coaching track and field in 1999 and is currently the throws coach at Deerfield High School. He has been involved with WISTCA since 2003 serving first as the high jump chair before moving into his current role as the Fundraising Coordinator. Mike also assists in activities related to planning the annual clinic.
Mike is a native of Green Bay and went on to compete at UW-Stevens Point in track and field and cross country. Mike and his wife Sheila have one daughter, Meghan and spends most of his weekends at swim meets supporting his wife and daughter.
