Clinic Co-Director
Mark Hoffman has been the Head Boys Track and Field Coach, assistant Football Coach and mathematics teacher at South Milwaukee High School since 1990. His teams have won a total of 13 conference championships and he has been fortunate to coach four individual state champions.
Mark has served WISTCA in several capacities. He was a District VII Rep (1996-2000), President-Elect (2000-2002), and President (2002-2004). He currently serves as Clinic Co-Chair (2001-present) and Treasurer (2010-present). Mark has also served as the Executive Chair of the National Senate of High School Track Coaches Associations and is currently the Secretary/Treasurer of that association.
Mark is the father of four children (Ben, Jenny, Molly, Christopher). He and his very understanding wife Diane have been married for 27 years and currently reside in South Milwaukee.

Mike Chapes is a principal at Stoddard Elementary and is the Head Girls' Track Coach at De Soto High School. He has been a track coach for 30 years. Mike is proud to have served as a member of WISTCA team since 1989. He has served as a district rep, door prize chairman, past president of the association, a member of registrars and now on the Audio Video Team.
He and his wife Liz have been married for 22 years and have four outstanding children. They are Alexandria a student at UW Madison, Victoria, Dylan and Grant students at De Soto High School. Mike and his family live in the beautiful town of Genoa among the bluffs along the Mississippi River. During his off time he enjoy all the activities the river has to offer, from fishing to hunting.

Fundraising Coordinator
Mike Price is the Fundraising Coordinator for WISTCA and serves as the Area Director for Southwest and South Central Wisconsin for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes . Mike began coaching track and field in 1999 and is currently the throws coach at Deerfield High School. He has been involved with WISTCA since 2003 serving first as the high jump chair before moving into his current role as the Fundraising Coordinator. Mike also assists in activities related to planning the annual clinic.
Mike is a native of Green Bay and went on to compete at UW-Stevens Point in track and field and cross country. Mike and his wife Sheila have one daughter, Meghan and spends most of his weekends at swim meets supporting his wife and daughter.
