Dear Vendor:
The 37th Annual Wisconsin Track Coaches Association Clinic will be held on Friday, February 6th and Saturday, February 7th, 2026 at The Madison Marriott West in Middleton, Wisconsin.
Your dedication to our clinic during the past several years is greatly appreciated. We look forward to seeing you again this year. The fee for a vendor booth this year will remain $300.
We are also asking for three (3) door prizes worth at least $30.00 each. Please have these prizes on site so that they can be given away during the day on Friday, February 7th.
In exchange for the $300 fee and door prizes, each vendor will receive the following:

Please sign and return the enclosed contract no later than Monday, January 12th, 2026. Any contracts returned after that time will be added as space allows.
Please send a business card back along with the contract. Also indicate the number of years your company has been attending the clinic.
