Boys Sprint Chair
Owen Jarrette has been the head boy’s track & field coach at Muskego HS since 2007. He works primarily with sprinters, jumpers, and hurdlers. Before that he was a decathlete at Principia College in Elsah, IL.
Owen currently teaches physical education at Southwood Glen Elementary in Franklin.
Girls Sprint Event Chair
Mark Maas coached track and field for 35 years. Mark was inducted into the WISTCA Hall of Fame in 2014. He is the husband of Lexi and grandpa to six grandchildren. His Personal Hero is none other than Billy Deeeeeeeevoe.
Girls Sprint Event Chair
AJ Hollanquest has been a Track and field coach at Fond du Lac High School since 2018. AJ has been coaching the sprints, hurdles and relays as well as the strength and conditioning coordinator. As a graduate of UW-Oshkosh, he also competed in Football and Track & Field for the University. He currently resides in Oshkosh Wisconsin and also coaches football at Xavier High School.
Paul Raley has been a track and field coach for the past 37 years at numerous schools. Upon graduating from UW-LaCrosse in 1978, he started his coaching career in the 1980 season at Benton High School and has also coached at; UW-Platteville, Lancaster, and Fennimore. He is currently the Head Coach at Benton-Scales Mound-Shullsburg. Coach Raley and his wife, Lynn are retired from teaching and currently reside in rural Lancaster. They have a son, Matt who lives in Minocqua (hunting and fishing guide) and a daughter, Andrea Kohler in Antigo (teacher and head track coach). Always remember: Take life one hurdle at a time!
Throws Event Chair
Bill Richards has coached the throws for the past 15 years. During that time he spent his first 10 years at Ozaukee High School coaching the Boys' and Girls' Throws. The final six years at Ozaukee he was the Head Boys' and Girls' Track Coach. The last six years have been at Homestead. While at Homestead, Bill’s first year was as a volunteer Girls' Throws Coach and the last five years as the Boys' Throws Coach. While at Ozaukee, Bill served as the District 4 Representative from 2003 to 2008. Currently Bill is the Throws Chair and WISTCA President.
Horizontal Jumps Event Chair
Kevin Streveler has coached track since 1990 in the Stevens Point School District. He coached 2 years at Ben Franklin Junior High, 12 years as an Assistant Coach and has been a head coach at SPASH since 2004. Kevin has also coached football and basketball for 15 years at SPASH and at both Junior Highs. Kevin joined the WISTCA committee in 2003 and currently acts as the horizontal jumps' chair.
Kevin teaches Computer Science at PJ Jacobs Junior High. He and his wife Vicki have 2 children (Noah & Nate). He spends his free time coaching youth sports and watching his kids play multiple sports.
Kevin grew up in Edgar and competed in football, basketball and track & field. His favorite quote is "Run Fast, Turn Left!!"

Vince Komar been the President of the Wisconsin Pole Vault Coaches Association for the past 20 years.
Komar also teaches Biology and is the Head Boys' Track & Field Coach at Mukwonago High School for the past 10 years. He also coaches the Boys' pole vault and help with the Girls' vaulters.
Komar been married to my wife Merry for 18 years and have a son Keanu and daughter Nalani.
